Every Body Fitness classes are run by Registered Kinesiologists who are trained to increase the physical fitness of those in all levels of ability.
The Adaptive Fitness Class focuses on improving mobility, coordination, strength and flexibility by using a combination of techniques from dance, yoga, and boxing. Inspiration comes from all forms of exercises including, but not limited to, Zumba and body pump.
The Relaxation & Meditation class is an excellent way to build more body awareness, maximize breath control and increase relaxation to support normal body function. Classes include breathing techniques, stretching, and relaxing meditation.
